1. Terms

By accessing READI Reports, accessible from https://readireports.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service. The materials on this website are protected by copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on READI Reports' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on READI Reports' website;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

READI Reports may terminate this license upon any violation of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing rights will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in printed or electronic format.

3. Disclaimer

All materials on READI Reports' website are provided "as is". READI Reports makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. Furthermore, READI Reports does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or to any sites linked to this website.

4. Limitations

READI Reports or its suppliers will not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on READI Reports' website, even if READI Reports or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on READI Reports' website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. READI Reports does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current, and may change the materials at any time without notice. READI Reports does not make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

READI Reports has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by READI Reports. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Text Messages

If you opt in to text messages, READI Reports sends you verification codes, updates on your requests, chat message alerts and, for service providers, offers of new jobs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number.

8. Subscriptions, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Subscriptions. A company that uses READI Reports pays a monthly subscription for each person on its account. The price is shown before a manager subscribes. The number of people billed follows the people on the company's account, and a change is adjusted on the next bill.

Free trial. A new company may start with a free trial. Its length is shown on the Billing page in Settings, and managers are reminded a few days before it ends. Nothing is charged during the trial. If it ends without a subscription, the company's requests are paused until a manager subscribes.

Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and are charged to the card on file through our payment processor, Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as READI REPORTS. Managers can update the card and download invoices from the Billing page in Settings.

Request charges. Some services charge for a request. The amount is shown before the request is sent, and it is either paid by card when the request is sent or added to the company's bill.

Cancellation. A manager can cancel the subscription at any time from the Billing page in Settings. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the company keeps full use of READI Reports until then. After that, the company's requests are paused. Cancelling does not delete the company's account or documents, and a manager can subscribe again at any time.

Refunds. Subscription fees are not refundable, including for a partial month, except where the law requires it. A card payment for a request is refunded automatically if the request is cancelled or declined before a provider accepts it. Once a provider has accepted a request, its charge is not refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at https://readireports.com within 30 days and we will review it.

9. Modifications

READI Reports may revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By using this service, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

Any claim relating to READI Reports shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
