When you fill in a form or make a request through READI Reports, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, your answers and any files or photos you attach. Messages you send in a request's chat, and their attachments, are stored so they can be delivered and kept with the request.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of your message and any attachments.

Who Can See What You Submit

A form belongs to the company that published it. What you submit through it is shared with that company and with the people it assigns to handle your request, who may work for another company that provides the service. They use it to respond to you. We store and process it on their behalf, and we do not sell it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your forms, requests and messages to the people handling them
• Improve, personalize, and expand our website and services
• Understand and analyze how you use our website and services

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from READI Reports, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for: verification codes, updates on your requests, chat message alerts and, for service providers, offers of new jobs. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You opt in from within your account. Under Settings, Profile, you enter your mobile number and tap "Verify now", confirming that you agree to receive verification codes and notifications from READI Reports, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We then send a one-time passcode to confirm the number. Only confirmed numbers receive text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Log Files

READI Reports follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites, as all hosting companies do as part of their analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose is to analyze trends, administer the site, and keep the service secure.

Cookies

Like most websites, READI Reports uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser's options, but parts of the service may not work without them.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to request that a business disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data it has collected, request that a business delete personal data it has collected, and request that a business that sells personal data not sell their personal data. GDPR Data Protection Rights

We want to make sure you are fully aware of your data protection rights.
